Solution Fluency

I found it interesting that the video described working backwards, from a solution to starting point. It talks about by doing so, you recognize the issues that may interrupt the solution. A problem solver does not try and find a solution only one way or trying on thing and giving up. They find multiple ways to solve it and they proceed to do so until they find their solution.

Collaboration Fluency

The fluency seems important to making a great team member. Without considering the factors that are mentioned, it is hard to be a good team as a whole and team member. In order to collaborate well, I learn that communication is key in finding what works as well as what does not.

New Semester

Starting my semester has been challenging at Southern for numerous reasons. The main one that concerns me is whether I took on too many classes or not. Working four days a week and taking five classes has already started to stress me and I've only had four days of school. Having transferred from a small art school, I realize how much more work this school year is going to require. I am hoping to do better on deadlines of assignments and organize my time well because this year it seems I don't have very much. Next semester I am definitely taking it easier on myself to avoid this conflict.
